Campaign Collective supports recruitment campaign at charity Hestia

Campaign Collective partnered with HR consultant Rachel Meakins to create, define and deliver an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for life beyond crisis charity, Hestia, to help them retain and attract new employees.

Starting as an internal communications brief, the project engaged with Hestia employees from all services and areas, to listen to what it is to work for Hestia, what they like, want and need to stay and grow together.

Sarah Colombini, Founder Member of Campaign Collective commented:

“We wanted it to be authentic and honest in attracting the right candidates to be part of the Hestia team. It can be challenging, but also inspiring, inclusive, rewarding and life changing.

“The biggest thing that came through was how everyone lives and breathes the Hestia values and shares the core values of passion, innovation, courage, dedication and collaboration, and that being part of the Hestia team you can work with supportive, genuine, respectful people, who really want to make a difference.”

After establishing the EVP, it was put into action through a brand new recruitment site, and an employee film was produced, starring Hestia staff, to help improve the recruitment and retention at Hestia.
