Campaign Collective has launched a group coaching offer aimed at the charity and social enterprise sector to help teams work more collaboratively together.
Long term member of Campaign Collective and ICF certified coach Ian Morton has joined forces with James Renwick, Founder of Recast, who has just joined Campaign Collective as an associate member to help boost our existing leadership and group coaching offering.

The new package aims to offer some of the most effective coaching techniques available to communication professionals, individually and in groups. These transformative coaching sessions will draw on Ian and James’s extensive experience within both communications and coaching within the charity and social enterprise sector.
Having a safe and confidential space to speak about professional challenges can be an effective method for navigating challenges and emerging as stronger leaders. The group coaching package will be tailored to each organisation’s communications team, and their specific needs, covering a range of topics such as: mental wellbeing; resilience; cohesive communication; as well as any issues identified within the programme. All within a non-judgemental environment created and facilitated by Ian and James.
Ian Morton has 20 years experience in communications, and nearly 10 years of experience as a coach. Ian is an ICF certified Transformational Coach, and his coaching is based on the belief that all solutions to the challenges we face lie within each of us.
Excited about introducing this new feature, Ian said:
Having the support to talk through challenges and find solutions is as crucial as ever, and I’m really excited about expanding our coaching offer in partnership with our new associates Recast Coaching.
Both James and I are really looking forward to working together to provide coaching to charities and the third sector, and practical tools to enable staff to be more ‘coach-like’ in how they support their teams.
I have experienced enormous benefits personally from coaching and mentoring, so this new group coaching offer through the Collective is particularly close to my heart.
James Renwick is an ICF certified Executive Coach, with extensive experience in the third sector, working with leaders and groups based on the belief that everyone can personally and professionally benefit from being coached and incorporating a coaching attitude in how they lead.
James said:
I’m particularly passionate about group coaching, which gives more people access to the experience and provides sustainable ways to support one another. It’s exciting to offer this through Campaign Collective at such an important time for the sector.
By taking part in this new coaching offer, groups and individuals will reap enormous positive changes within themselves and the way they strategise, respond and deliver.
Ian and James believe the programme will help charities, social enterprises and other organisations close the gap between the intention of a campaign and its delivery and impact, allowing communication professionals to work together in the best possible way for their clients and audiences.
