Campaign Collective welcomes its newest associate, Paul Cullen, a talent specialist, to support campaigns and clients.
Paul’s extensive experience led him to start his own agency Paul Cullen Partnerships in 2019, creating opportunities for him to work with multiple charity clients such as Dementia Carers Count to Sightsavers. After working in the charity sector for over 14 years, Paul has a natural eye for putting well-known faces at the forefront of charity campaigns.

Paul’s experience will complement Campaign Collective’s existing offering by providing clients with the opportunity to connect with celebrities and influencers that share the same motive and goals to make a positive impact.
Paul Cullen commented on his appointment:
It is important that any familiar face representing the message of each campaign is an authentic fit but, equally, that they are the right people to connect to the audiences you are trying to reach, whether this is via traditional channels or social media platforms.
The cornerstone of good celebrity/charity partnerships is detailed research to identify why that name is the right name to support your charity, for the long term as well as for short term campaigns. During my involvement with ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’, for example, the success I had in securing quality celebrity media coverage year-on-year was down to building relationships with people who have a personal story to tell about the impact that cancer has.
I am excited to work in collaboration with Campaign Collective as it’s brilliant to be surrounded by a team of experts who are passionate about what they do. Helping people on a daily basis is what their clients represent and helping draw attention to that through celebrity advocacy is something I’m delighted to be involved with.
Campaign Collective has already kickstarted this partnership offer, working with, Allergy UK. Paul is working in close collaboration with the charity to find a celebrity that will positively influence future campaigns, targeting and supporting those in the UK with all kinds of allergies.
With Campaign Collective offering multiple campaign marketing packages, tools, and expertise from start to finish, this new partnership will allow them to offer clients the opportunity to connect with talent specific to their cause and help small charities amplify their messaging.
