Paul Cullen

Paul is a talent specialist who has been partnering famous faces with charity campaigns for the past 14 years.

Following a career in casting at the BBC and as a talent agent, Paul joined the RNLI in 2007 to set-up the celebrity management function before joining Macmillan Cancer Support in 2013. At Macmillan, Paul was responsible for managing the celebrity team, and worked across the full portfolio of Macmillan’s fundraising, brand, communications, and campaigning activity which included driving high-profile involvement in Macmillan’s flagship fundraiser, Worlds’ Biggest Coffee Morning.

Paul Cullen Partnerships was launched in August 2019 working with multiple charity clients including BookTrust, City to Sea, Dementia Carers Count, Hospice UK, Mental Health Foundation, Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People, Sightsavers and Versus Arthritis.

Paul is CIPR Diploma qualified, and is a former Chair of the CIPR Greater London Group. He is regularly asked to speak publicly on celebrity/charity ambassador relationships, and is part of the judging panel for the Third Sector Awards 2021.
