For the second time, Campaign Collective has been awarded the Communications Management Standard (CMS) by the Public Relations & Communications Association (PRCA).
The PRCA introduced the CMS in 1998 as a hallmark of excellence in communications management.
Agencies applying for the Standard must meet strict criteria in areas including Leadership and Communication, Business Improvement, Campaign Management and Client Satisfaction. Applicants are required to self-assess and submit their results to the PRCA, following which sections are randomly selected for moderation by an independent assessor.
Feedback from the CMS assessor noted:
“This was Campaign Collective’s second CMS. There are high levels of transparency around financial charges for clients which offer those who work with the Collective a good level of reassurance, fees charged are straightforward and can be clearly understood. The business plan and business planning process is sound with reviews built in. The information is clear and transparent with both financial and operational targets included. On diversity, there is a clear policy and ethos around inclusiveness amongst members of the Campaign Collective, supported by ethical commitments members must sign up to.”
Heather Rogers, Campaign Collective Founder Member, commented:
“We’re thrilled to have attained CMS accreditation for the second time. As a communications agency with a remote-working model, we pride ourselves on offering our members a healthy work-life balance while also ensuring our clients always have the best person for the job.
“As our business has continued to grow and develop, we are delighted that the PRCA has recognised, for the second time, that we have all the processes and practices in place to offer campaigners affordable and professional communications advice, working in partnership with them to create a better society.”
