Campaign Collective has been named ‘Consultancy of the Year’ at the Better Society Awards ceremony in London.
The Better Society Awards reward commercial companies that are helping create a better, more equal, ethical and sustainable world for all.
The awards were judged by an independent panel of experts looking for genuine impact. The panel includes leaders from Macmillan Cancer Support, Raleigh International, Greene King and UPS.
As an ethical social enterprise, Campaign Collective was chosen by judges ahead of other marketing, fundraising and accountancy consultancies.
Simon Francis, Founder Member of Campaign Collective, commented:
In less than three years, we’ve proved that another way of running a marketing consultancy is possible. This achievement would not have been possible without the hard work of our Members, Associates and the support of our clients.
Ultimately, we’re a social enterprise. We’re not in it for the profit.
We plough anything we make over and above our fees and running costs back into helping small organisations campaign more effectively and inspiring the next generation of campaigners.
By removing that key profit driver, we’re free to focus only on ethical business practices and best-in class campaigns for our charity, public service and campaigning clients.
We’re free to halve our day rates to the benchmarked average. We’re free to run our 19-Member Collective through an entirely remote working culture which supports a better work/life balance.
We congratulate the other winners of the Awards and look forward to using this nomination to go from strength to strength over the coming years.
Over the last year Campaign Collective has grown in financial terms by 41%, increased its client base by 33%, boosted staff members by 20%, launched a charities campaigning guide and invested in PR & Communications apprenticeships.
