Heather has 18 years’ experience specialising in public sector, charity and not-for-profit campaigns.
An expert in communications planning, campaign management and ensuring target delivery, Heather has directed successful high profile campaigns for organisations ranging from the Royal National College for the Blind to the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom.
Heather has extensive stakeholder relations experience and is a skilled charity social media manager, working on campaigns including the record-breaking Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Appeal. In 2022, Heather completed an interim role with international development charity CAFOD and is currently co-chair of the Communications Working Group for the Warm This Winter campaign. Previously, Heather played a lead role in delivery of National Apprenticeship Week and Colleges Week. She also directed agency activity for Anchor’s Grey Pride campaign calling for a Minister for Older People, securing 137,000 backers across the UK.
Outside of campaigning, Heather writes for Campaign Collective’s positive news site, The Rooftop, and is a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter.
