Gordon is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience, including 20 years of experience also managing HR functions.
Having qualified with a small London accountancy practice in 2000, he joined the easyGroup of companies, the hub for ventures owned and run by easyJet founder Stelios, working on a variety of projects from InternetCafes to Cruise lines, via shopping comparison sites and credit cards in between.
He then joined Firebrand Training, a leading provider of accelerated learning training solutions, predominantly in the IT sector, and was part of the management team that saw them grow rapidly and expand internationally, before becoming part of the BPP Education Group in 2022. He remains at Firebrand as Finance Director on a 3-day per week basis, whilst taking on other opportunities offering Fractional Finance & HR support to SMEs.
Outside of work he is a keen sports fan and occasional player when not injured, and enjoys travelling which mostly involves following his grown-up children in their various endeavours.
