Michael Bannister is an experienced comms strategist, professional photographer and digital content creator working with Campaign Collective on projects for the End Fuel Poverty Coalition and the Scottish Rewilding Alliance. A former full-time member of the band Texas (2003–2020), he also composed commercial music for TV and film. While touring, he studied law at the University of Strathclyde and graduated in 2017, later moving into frontline politics and fuel poverty campaigning. He now makes clear, people-first content for social good. Michael lives in Kilmacolm on a small farm with his partner, three children and their horses; spare time is spent with a camera or at the piano, purely for the joy of it.
