Research into sector readiness for Election launched

An urgent research study has been launched to understand the impact of the General Election on charities and social enterprises.

Sapio Research and Campaign Collective have teamed up to ask charity and social enterprise staff about their levels of readiness for the UK General Election in June and their understanding of the Lobbying Act restrictions.

Advice to charities and campaigners on the Lobbying Act was published by Campaign Collective last week.

All charity and social enterprise staff can take part in the survey by 12 noon on Wednesday 26th April by visiting: http://surveys.sapioresearch.com/snapwebhost/s.asp?k=149261928236.

In 2015, a similar study found that just under half of charity staff felt that General Election would be important but just a third felt their plans were well prepared in advance of the election being called.
