Susan Bookbinder

Susan Bookbinder has worked at the highest levels of the national and international media for more than three decades, presenting and reporting many historic events for BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Reuters and Sky News.

She is a highly sought-after media consultant, voiceover artist, TV presenter and conference chair.  Voiceover clients include Barclays, Colgate and Classic FM.  She can currently be heard as the voice of Octopus Energy on ITV and Sky, whilst also broadcasting worldwide for BFBS, the radio and TV operation serving the British military.

Having presented and reported many historic events for BBC, Sky, Channel 4 News, GMTV and ITN, Susan is a columnist for The Jewish Telegraph and acts as an MC and chair for many corporate and charity events around the world, including government summits – such as the UK Government, Council for Europe and the Prime Minister’s World Girl Summit, corporate dinners, award ceremonies and product launches.

Susan advises and trains public bodies on messaging around contentious issues and has recently written and presented an NHS video advising medical practitioners on the changes in UK law relating FGM.

Susan was the first woman to read the national classified football results on British radio and is a Patron of Action Duchenne, a charity campaigning for a cure to a debilitating wasting disease, which kills thousands of boys before they reach their teens.  She is pleased to have been an adviser and campaigner for Prostate Cancer UK for nearly 20 years.
