Gemma Davidson is a former BBC journalist who has worked on flagship BBC programmes including Panorama, Newsnight and Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour.
For the last ten years she has worked across the not-for-profit sector, helping charities, foundations and think tanks launch exciting campaigns that make the most of media opportunities. Her clients have included Nesta, Big Society Capital, Place2Be, the C&A Foundation, New Philanthropy Capital (NPC), Diabetes UK and the Arts Alliance.
Gemma has launched over 50 research reports and campaigns, achieving regular coverage across national and local press as well as social media. Most recently she supported children’s mental health charity Place2Be with the launch of Children’s Mental Health Week 2017, achieving widespread national and local media coverage.
Gemma has been a media trainer for over fourteen years. She has worked with corporates, charities and social enterprises, helping them prepare for key media interviews and presentations.
