Chris Malpass

Chris is an expert in crisis and reputation management and is Simulation & Client Service Director at The Social Simulator, part of the Helpful group.

He has worked extensively in the field of crisis communications, helping organisations from across sectors to develop, embed and test crisis preparedness programmes. This has included designing and facilitating crisis exercises for clients including: BAE Systems, Shell, BG Group and Marks and Spencer.

He helps Campaign Collective’s clients train and prepare themselves for managing their reputations on social media and coping with hostility or major incidents.
