Event management training

Hosting an event can be a daunting prospect. To gain a clear understanding on how to run a successful event Campaign Collective Members can run a day long session to help prepare any organisation for any event, big or small.

This will include tips and checklists for the four main stages of event planning and management: pre-event preparation (including working with suppliers), marketing and PR, working with partners, event management on the day and evaluation.

We will work with your organisation to ensure the session is aimed at the right level for the type of events that come up in the future and includes a mixture of presentations from the trainers, question and answer sessions and breakout groups where delegates will have the opportunity to plan a mini event and feedback to the wider group.
