Update 30.07.19: The five free places have now been filled, but feel free to contact Ian via the form below for more information on coaching.

Campaign Collective has launched a free coaching offer for five charity communications professionals.

The offer marks the launch of new coaching service by Collective Member Ian Morton.

Ian Morton commented:

We pride ourselves on the ability to work with clients to create, build and deliver effective campaigns, but we recognise that sometimes this is only half the solution for organisations and individuals who want to make a difference in the world.

Very often, it goes beyond the issue and what you want to achieve, as we come up against things like our personal doubts and a challenging organisation or team dynamic.

In those situations, it can be useful to talk through a campaign or communications challenge and to reflect on the different approaches available. Providing this space can bring about invaluable benefits to both the individual and organisation.

Campaign Collective will be offering a free discovery session to the first five charity communications professionals that get in touch using the form below.

During this discussion, you will have the opportunity to explore what’s going on in your life and some of the challenges you are facing as a communications professional or on an upcoming campaign. If you are a leader in the workplace, you will also get the opportunity to explore what are you trying to achieve within your organisation.

Ian has more than 17 years comms and campaigns experience and nearly 10 years coaching experience. The offer includes coaching for individuals in your teams, leadership coaching and team coaching.

The coaching package is also available to charity and third sector leaders, many of whom often feel a sense of isolation in their position. Given the subject matter, we can also be available during evenings and weekends.
